All night, all day, I only felt
The weak pumping of my heart.
He carried me in his arms
And laid me on the ground.
He held my hand but I didn’t know
Until I moved my eyes.
He pressed his lips on my neck
But again I did not feel.
At last, he let out a soft warm breath
And down my spine was lightning.
He blinked and lashes brushed my cheek
And my hairs stood on end.
He kissed again and then
Electricity traveled my body
